• Order Acceptance We reserve the right to accept or decline any order based on stock availability, production capacity, or specific customization requirements. An order is only considered confirmed once we have issued a formal order acknowledgement.
• Pricing and Quotations All prices are based on the formal Quotation provided to the customer. Please note that prices may be subject to adjustment prior to order confirmation due to fluctuations in raw material costs (such as copper, plastic, or specialized connector components).
• Customization and Production For all customized wire harnesses and connectors, production will only commence after the customer has provided written approval of the final technical drawings and specifications. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided data.

Refund & Return Policy

• Custom Products Policy Since our wire harnesses and connectors are manufactured specifically to your unique technical specifications and requirements, we do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality related issues. Once a custom order has entered the production phase, it cannot be canceled or returned due to customer change of mind.
• Quality Claims and Inspection We maintain strict quality control standards. If you receive products with quality defects, please notify us within 7 business days of receiving the shipment. To process a claim, you must provide:
• A detailed description of the issue.
• Clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect. Upon verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include re-manufacturing the products or issuing a refund for the defective items.
• Shipping Damage Please inspect all packages immediately upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please report it to the carrier and contact us immediately to assist with the claim process.
