We primarily serve the European and American markets, ensuring all components reach our B2B partners efficiently and safely.

1. Lead Time & Processing
  • Standard Products: Orders for standard connectors are typically processed within 3-7 business days.
  • Custom Wire Harnesses: For custom solutions (e.g., XT90 high-current harnesses or UL standard cables), lead times vary based on technical specifications and order volume, usually ranging from 10-20 business days.
2. Shipping Modes & Logistics Efficiency

We offer flexible shipping options to meet different urgency and budget requirements:

  • Sea Freight (Cost-Efficient): Ideal for high-volume orders of bulk cables. We support LCL (Less than Container Load) and FCL (Full Container Load) from Shenzhen or Hong Kong ports.
  • Air Freight (Balanced): A reliable middle ground for medium-sized batches that require faster arrival than sea freight.
  • Express Delivery (Fast-Track): Leveraging our long-term partnerships with DHL and FedEx, small batches or samples typically reach the US or Europe within 3-7 business days.
  • Express (Door-to-Door): DHL, FedEx, UPS, and TNT (3-7 business days).
  • Air Freight: Recommended for medium-sized batches (7-12 business days).
  • Sea Freight: Most cost-effective for high-volume orders (25-40 days).
3.Trade Terms (Incoterms)

We primarily operate under
FOB (Shenzhen), EXW, or DAP terms. Please specify your preferred Incoterms during the inquiry process to ensure accurate freight calculation.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and local customs clearance fees according to the regulations of the destination country.
