Longyd Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for partnering with Shenzhen Longyueda Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. As a professional B2B manufacturer specializing in high-precision connectors and custom wire harnesses, we implement strict quality control standards. Please read our return policy carefully below.

1. Returns for Defective Items Only Due to the customized and industrial nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that have manufacturing defects or quality issues. We do not accept returns or refunds for customer errors, change of mind, or unapproved order cancellations after production has begun.

2. Return Window Any claims regarding defective products or order discrepancies must be submitted to our team within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

3. Return Shipping Fees If the product is confirmed to have manufacturing defects, Longyd will cover the return shipping costs or arrange a replacement/credit. Please do not ship items back to our Shenzhen warehouse without prior written authorization and shipping instructions from our sales team.

4. Exchange Policy For validated defective items, we will prioritize preparing and shipping replacement components or wire harnesses to you as quickly as possible to avoid interrupting your production line.
